Senator Torgerson, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that               
the Community and Regional Affairs Committee referral be waived                
on SENATE BILL NO. 18 "An Act relating to an advisory vote                     
during regional educational attendance area school board elections;            
and providing for an effective date."  Without objection, the bill was         
referred to the Finance Committee.
